We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was immaculate and communication with the owner/manager couldn’t have been easier and they were very responsive. It was very close to downtown Venice and the beaches, and there is plenty of shopping nearby. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, including a nice starter basket of essentials like trash bags and dish detergent. We definitely used the coffee maker! We loved the layout of the home and that it was on a nice quiet street (very close to a park that we would have used if we had any kids with us). We will definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and comfortable. They provided everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

This was a newer home in an older neighborhood that was quiet and very low traffic. Second year renting a home in this neighborhood. Great location near Venice and other beaches. Legacy Bike Trail minutes away and safely accesible from home via Bike in minutes with only one major intersection to navigate to get to Trail. Surrounding Neighborhoods had large sidewalks to ride when no Bike Lanes were available. Home was close to many restuarants and stores. House appeared well stocked with many ammenities for the home and beach. We did not take advantage of any of the items, but they seemed in good shape. The Home was cozy and open and had lots of space for the wife and I. The home is way more roomier than it looks from the outside, and would easily accomidate a family. Our favorite part was the large screened in patio area with Propane grill and furniture. It was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the warmth of the day in the shade and watch and listen to all the birds. The Internet worked great for phones and email. Never turned on the TV but they were large and newer. Interaction with host was easy through VRBO Portal and response time was very quick and friendly. We would definitly stay here again.
