Tropischer Rückzugsort mit KOSTENLOSER POOLHEIZUNG!

We had an enjoyable, week-long stay. House was as advertised, well-equipped, and the pool and lanai area is very private. Location was great with close proximity to downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's Circle, Lakewood Ranch, UTC, and the beach. We did have a couple issues during our stay, but the host was extremely responsive in addressing them and at the end of the day we were satisfied with their customer service and our stay. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy all that the Sarasota area has to offer!

In town for Rowing youth nationals. House was perfect for our needs. Beds very comfortable and common area spacious. Kitchen fully equip. Would definitely return when in area to explore Sarasota! Host was punctual in communication!

Pool was lovely, the whole house was set up and stocked very well, and it was super clean! We appreciated the many extra towels and the fans for each room! We had a wonderful stay.

We were in Sarasota for a Teen program at Ringling College of Art and Design. The house was near Ringling and in a lovely neighborhood near the water. The house was clean, well equipped, and we liked the lay out of the rooms. The pool was warm and so much fun for all of us. We would love to stay here again sometime.

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Not walkable to any beaches but convenient driving to dining, Lido key, downtown and SRQ. The pool and spa are very nice. Beds are comfortable and house is very well equipped for guests. Very small critiques would be that 1/2 of the overhead fans did not work and the spa directions were dated/not accurate. Overall this was a wonderful experience and we would definitely rent again.
